I forgot these twins...

...the boy is Jesus "Jesse" and the girl is Jessica. Most of the girl's friends call her "Jess." The boy was named after his father as well. So the family is:

DH: Jesus "Jesse"
DH: Veronica
DS/DD: Jesus "Jesse" / Jessica "Jess"

Amazing that some people don't think this is too weird.

was a coworker of mine. When she said her twin was named Alan I thought she was joking. If I remember correctly their father's name was Alan as well.

I don't know

but come to think of it, I know of two instances of a two-parent/two-child family in which the father and son shared the exact same names and the mother and daughter did too.
