I love this girls name pronounced ree-awn-aw.
Which spelling is better:

Rheana
or w/out the "h"
I could not find this name on this site, but if you saw it would you pronouce it as above or mistakingly pronounce it as in the original anna (an-aw)?

Rheana! But it's better if it spelled Reanna.

I pronounce Rhiana as ree-awn-ah and Rhianna as ree-ann-ah. I don't really like the spelling Rheana or Riana but I think Rhiana is very pretty.

Yep, you're probably right. So the one "n" is better.
With the Rheana spelling, you might run into people saying the first syllable "ray" instead of "ree".
