Meredith - because Elizabeth and Katherine are overdone in my opinion, although I do love both names to an extent. Meredith is nice, yet, underused in my opinion.
If not Meredith, Elizabeth - there is a wide variety of nn if she feels Elizabeth is too common (and the nns are too common), and doesnt want to go by her full name. (nn include: Libby, Elise, Eliza, Beth, Liz, Lizzie, Eli, Liza (Lisa), and many more...)
