My first reaction is Meredith because Elizabeth and Katherine are and have been SO overused over the years. However, you have to go with what you love. I think Elizabeth nn Lily would be sweet, but you also seem to keep coming back to Kate so I'd say you love that one the best, right? Who cares if it's popular. It's not trendy, and it's not masculine or unattractive sounding by any means, so if you love it go for it. So Katherine Brigid Leigh nn Kate gets my vote. :) Good luck.
