Sybil - makes me think of the character on Fawlty Towers.
Cybill - only makes me think of actress Cybill Shepherd.
Sibylla - I think I would like if it wasn't the name of a chain of roadside grills/fast food places in Sweden.
Overall I think it is an ok name, but I would never use it myself.
