[Opinions] Signe
Has anyone ever heard this name before? It is pronounced SEE-nuh. I think its a pretty name, but I'm not sure if I would ever use it... maybe if it was spelled differently. WDYT?

I don't like the looks of it, but the sound of it is ok. You could spell it:
Seena (like Sheena but w/o the h of course)
Seenah
*I guess that's all I can think of... I like Seena best.

I like.....
Pro. the Swedish wasy - sig-ne.
I might actually consider using it.

Yes I've heard it before, lots of older women (~70 and older) and young girls (~10 or younger) here in Sweden are called Signe. I think it's a nice name, not quite my style but still okay. In Sweden it's usually pronounced SING-ne.
I have lot's of times...
It's Scandinavian and lot's of girls/women in Denmark is name it. I went to school with one in the same grade. And I just saw a 14 year old on TV in a live talent show, who was named Signe.
I didn't like it the time in school but I really do now. It shows in unique belonging to the Scandinavian people.
In Denmark it's more prn SEE-néh instead of SEE-nuh.
