[Opinions] Re: triplets!
in reply to a message by Lissa
All lovely names, but Vivienne really, really sticks out. Mostly because of its length, but also because it's more unusual than the trendy Ava and Zoë.I don't like A-Z initials for sibs in general, especially multiples. It seems cutesy, albeit in a more subtle way than, say, Molly and Holly.Miranda

Zoe is one of my favorites....opinionZoe (of course with the accent, which my comp. refuses to acknowledge) is one of my faves, and I just happen to like with mns such as Alexandra, Alessandra, Angelica, Arianne. Do you think that is too corny to use? I also like Zoe Elisabeth
Zoe Isabel

On a flow basis, Zoë Alessandra and Zoë Angelica both sound great, though I think the flow of the latter's a bit better. But The Z-A thing does bother me a bit. Not nearly as much as sibs named Z and A, but still it's there. On the other hand, the mn isn't used all that often in RL, so I would say go for it if you really loved it. It's just not something I'd choose to do.Zoë Elisabeth sounds better than Zoë Isabel imo. Elizabeth is a very popular, rather standard filler mn however, and although Elisabeth is a little fresher visually, it still sounds the same as Elizabeth. But again, you don't mind the fact that Elisabeth's a filler--if you really love the sound of the combo, or are using Elisabeth to honour someone--then I say OK.Miranda
