If it's for a Russian child, it's fine. However, when American parents attempt to use it comes off as yet another, pwetty, pwetty princess name.
I honestly can't stand those names. Tatiana has also a very distinct sex-kitten feel to it, probably because it's been used for many. It's not something I'd choose.
