I love this name. The only reason I don't have it on my list of names is because it is my friends nieces name.

Nmsaa, but Aisha is better. I wouldn't use it unless you're a Muslim imo.

I wouldn't use it myself, but I have a friend called Ayesha so my first associations are really positive.
