[Opinions] Re: Ottilie, Odilia, and Ophelia
in reply to a message by Emily
Ottilie -- I adore it. It's fun, classic, pretty, has old-fashioned charm. What's not to love?Odilia -- I should like this one more than I do, since it's just as classic as Ottilie. But something holds me back. Perhaps it's the "Od-" part of it that just doesn't appeal.Ophelia -- i'm a literary snob, so just about anything Shakespearean tickles my fancy. I just wish this character didn't have such a well known tradgic ending. Then again, Juliet's ending is perhaps even better known and I don't get this feeling. I'm thinking too much.
