There are some Italian names I prefer over other forms of some names.
John - Giovanni - I absolutely hate John
Joseph - Giuseppe - Joseph I find boring
Anthony - Antonio - I know entirely too many Anthonys.
Lucy/Lucille - Lucia
And being Italian I also just love Italian names too.
