You think: I do, and I would've definitely picked Arcadia instead of Susan as the girl's first name.
"These are our twins, Eva Alexandrine and Friedrich Joachim." (EE-vah, not AY-vah or EH-vah--and Friedrich would be called Fritz.)
You say: Oh, those are lovely names!
You think: Yeah, well, except for Friedrich... Friedrich?!
