I like both Alexandra and Alessandra though currently I prefer Alessandra. Both work well with Lily. I prefer Lily to Lilly because 1) the flower lily is spelled with only one l and Lilly reminds me of Eli-Lilly the pharmaceuticals company. My top choice would be Lily Alessandra.
I don't care much for Alexia as it is a reading disorder.
