I suppose you mean Fawwaz (Fawwaaz): 'winner of victory after victory' and not Fawz: 'victory'.
Fayiz is Faaiz, 'victorious' and Fawzi is Fawziyy, also 'victorious'. See S.Ahmed's dictionary of Muslim names.
