I've just met identical twins called... Emilia and Amalia... *sigh*... any comments?

I know a woman named Emily who named her daughter Amilia, which isn't too bad, kinda cute even. But twins named Emilia & Amalia is just horrible, their practically the same name.

I think twins are a great opportunity to pick two fun, classic, and yet creative names ... why on Earth do people constantly use similar names (like my neighbours, Brooklyn Rose and Kaitlyn Lily?!)
