I love Adah, which seems more complete to me. It's dated in a charming way.

Its been a favorite of mine for a long time5 or 6 years ago I read Cold Mountain, and fell in love with the name. I'm not sure if I'd use it, but I do love it. It has a very simple, beautiful sound, and the meaning isn't that bad, either.Siri

I started liking it after I saw the movie (then read the book, did it backwards). I was indifferent about it before that. :)

I never saw the movie...I tend to not see movies of good books. They just make me mad, with very few exceptions.Siri

I know what you mean. Maybe that's why I usually see the movie first and then I read the book. I almost always prefer the book, but that way I'm not disappointed in the movie (until later maybe, lol). :)

I like it. I'm not sure if I prefer Ada or Adah. I don't know if I'd use it though since it reminds me of "ate a."
