Isn't a medina a city in Arabic? Nmsaa, sorry.

Sounds place-nameish or like a surname. Sorry but don't like it, there are so many other really nice names that begin with M

It is in the title of a song--an annoying one, at that--and all I can think of (unfortunately) when I hear the name, "Funky Cold Medina".
