Anneliese
Ok I just learned that in Germany they pronounce Anneliese On-Uh-Lee-Zuh. Would it be acceptable to pronounce it ann-uh-leese here in the US??

I think Anneliese would most likely be pronounced as Ann-uh-leese, anyway. But, I don't care for it, as I think it's sloppy looking and sounding.

of course. Each country has it's own pronunciations.
(For the record, I like the German prn better, and I think you could pull it off in the US)

Wait do they all pronounce it Awn or Ann??

ONe is Awn and the other two are just ann. I think it doesn't matter though because its like Susanna--could go either way.
