I love Piperbut currently my DH is not that into the name (but I'm working on it). Its unusual, but not weird and has a real flair to it.

Piper sounds tacky to me and whilst it might be cute on a baby, can you imagine a successful businessewoman with this name?
Anna - plain but ok name
Elsie - v delicate, pretty though
Frances - dated
Sophia - niceS xx
Processed “cheese”. The word should always, like Soviet “democracy”, be framed in quotes, for no matter what the law may say, I refuse to call this cheese

Piper's not my style. I can see its appeal, but it's lacking something somehow, for me; it seems sort of trendy and superficial. It's not awful. I'd be comfortable calling someone that. I just don't care for it.Piper Marie
Piper Jaclyn
Piper Miranda
Piper Darcy
Piper JaneAnna: utterly classic. Only fault is that it's not interesting.
Elsie: cute. I prefer it as a nickname though; it's too familiar and trivial for some settings.
Frances: dated, but nice and usable anyway.
Sophia: has the popularity problem at the moment. Otherwise it's a lovely name; very glamorous sounding to me. I adore nn Sophie.- chazda"I don't want to look like a loser for the rest of my life!" ~ Georgia Ford, on needing a signature

Well unlike many people I love the name Piper! When I do have children I would like to name a girl Piper Lee, after my mother who's middle name is Lee! My favorite of yours is Piper Sophia

Sorry I don't care for Piper, it just doesn't sound like a name in my opinion. But I don't actually hate it either.Anna- Love it. Long time favorite. Timeless and classic.
Elsie- Ok. Too nicknamey for me.
Frances- I love it! I wish it was used more often as a first name.
Sophia- I love this one too, despite the popularity.

Piper is a person that plays the bagpipes. Can't you hear those bad jokes coming on?Q: What is the difference in a dead snake in the road and a dead piper in the road?
A: There are skid-marks in front of the snake.Q: If you were lost in the woods, who would you trust for directions, an in-tune piper, an out of tune piper, or Santa Claus?
A: The out of tune piper. The other two indicate you have been hallucinating.Q: Why do pipers march while they play?
A: A moving target is harder to hit. Other than that. I like Sophia. My niece is named Aurora Sophia.

I don't like it.Its not a proper name, it won't age well, and I can't see a judge or a doctor with the name. Plus, it will date your child.Siri

I don't care for Piper, because it's a noun, and, therefore, not a name to me. It isn't feminine or pretty.I like:
