Benedicte
What do you think of Benedicte for a girl? I've been partial lately to the combo Elisabeth Mary Benedicte for a girl, but I've also been liking Imogen Therese Benedicte and Leonore Maxima Benedicte. Any opinions on the combos? Thanks!

I think it works quite well in the second middle name slot. I like Elisabeth Mary Benedicte and Imogen Therese Benedicte very much.

Written without the accents I thought it was way too similar to the normal Benedict, but with the accent marks it's actually quite pretty. I like Imogen Therese Benedicte best simply because I like Imogen and Therese so much :)To listen to the pronunciation, you could try here: http://www.sos.mo.gov/wolfner/SayHow/?id=t#guide (under Tarango), I couldn't get it to work but you may have more luck.

It's sort of pretty. It is pronounced BEN-I-DICT. I quite like Elisabeth Mary Benedict.

how is it pronounced?I've never heard of it, but I've always loved Benedict. My favorite is Leonore Therese Benedicte, even though that's not an option. I think Maxima + Benedicte is a bit much, but I love Leonore and all variants, and don't really like Imogen.

I've been pronouncing it 'ben-eh-DEEKT'. It's the French feminine form of Benedict, but I'm sure the French pronunciation is more like 'bay-nay-DEEKT' as there are accent marks over the first two 'E's.I'm liking Leonore Therese Benedicte. Thanks! :)

I personally dislike Benedicte quite strongly, sorry; Benedict names have never really been my favorites.Out of those three, I'm liking Lenore Maxima Benedicte.
