Girls:
Tatiana - Tanya
Ivanna - ?? (Never heard before *blushes*)
Ekaterina - Katya
Irina - Ira

Boys:
Ilia - Iliusha
Aleksei - Alyosha, Lyosha
Innokenti / Innokentiy - ?? (Really old fashioned name in Russia)
Nikolai - Kolya
Evgeni - Zhenya (Also a pet form of Evgenia, feminine version of Evgeni)

I like Ekaterina, Irina, Ilia, Sveta and Aleksei (With all the pet forms)
