I don't dislike it but I think that if they really wanted their son to have the name Fender at least they could have made it a mn. The nn is okay. Better than the fn actually and if you say Fenn really fast it almost sounds like Finn and Finn I like :)

Am I crazy if I think it's kind of cute? It seems to be a name that means something to the parents (not just trying to be different) and even though it's a bit out there I still think it's acceptable. Unfortunately Fender is not just a guitar. ('Fender bender' was the first thing I thought of when I saw the name)
