This database says yu-ROON, but the way I've heard it in real life sounds *awfully* close to the way many people say urine. Which is a little off-putting, needless to say. I like both the French and English versions very much, though I've never seen the French avec le circonflexe, mais sans l'accent aigu- normalement, c'est Jérôme.

Then it's a very common mistake. Google the other way also.

I definitely wouldn't have guessed the pronunciation, and I don't really like the sound of it. I do like Jerome, however.

Well, if the pronounciation is yu-ROON it's not particularly attractive in English.

For the most part, I like it. The pronunciation will take some getting used to.

Looking at it I want to say it like yeh-ro-en and I like that. But the database says it's pronounced yu-roon and I'm not very fond of the -oon sound. Basically, it looks nice but I don't like the pronounciation. Nothing wrong with it though.
