Bastian is too similar to 'bastard', I think Sebastian is better.
I dislike Annabel, '-bel'/'-belle'/'bella' names are too frilly for my liking. I prefer just Anna.

I like them, although I prefer Sebastian and Annabelle. They're both nice, I don't perceive them as snobby or upperclass :)

Not for me I'm afraid, they both seem very snobby and upper class, I can’t really imagine a working adult named Annabel, but to be fair I’ve never met an Annabel or a Bastian. Bastian really doesn’t sound attractive to me, the only aspect of Sebastian I like is the nickname “Seb” which I have positive associations with, and I can’t get that from Bastian.I don’t like them but I can see them as brother and sister.

Bastian is nice :) I would love the nn Bas. Annabel is nms, I do think it's the best possible spelling of this name.

Love them both, and they're great as a sibset, too!
