Harlow.
I'm sitting here thinking about names, and the name 'Harlow' came to mind.
It is a user-submitted name on this site, and says that it can be for a m or f.
Do you like it for a boy? It seems almost harsh to me, for a girl, but good for a boy.

Not unlike Shiloh...... I feel like celebuspawn tend to "make" a gender for name, unless the name is super popular like Dylan or something. For the most part, I think Shiloh and Harlow both have been sort of forced into female territory now.

I don't think Harlow works for a boy...and the reason is because of Jean Harlow. Just watch one movie with Jean slinking around in a see-through negligee and any masculinity attached to the name goes out the window.

I actually somewhat like it for a boy.I'm surprised. On a girl it's too close to harlot, though. For some reason it reminds me of a Salinger character.

I like it on a girl. I prefer Harlowe though. Maybe the 'e' softens it a litte, I don't know.

I just really dont like this name at all, for a boy or a girl. There are WAY better names out there.

Reminds me of Jean Harlow, or of "harlot".

Hmm it's ok. I prefer Harley for a girl & Harlan for a boy but I agree it is quite harsh for a girl.

I don't care for it. Reminds me of the word harlot.

I like it mostly as a mn for a girl (I feel the same way about Monroe) but I think it would make a nice name for a boy. The sound is very cool.
