Franka
This was the name of the girl carrying the flag for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I thought it was kind of neat. Not sure if I'd say I like it though. What do you think?

You know, I really like it. The only time I've seen it is on the actress who played opposite Matt Damon in the first Bourne Identity- which is a positive influence. It might work better in German (or another european language) than it does in English.

It reminds me of my great-aunt, whom I was named after. Her name was Hanka (it's Polish), and so I was named Hannah.

I don't like it. It's actually one of my least favorite names. It just sounds so harsh and kind of as if you wanted a boy and name him Frank but then it turned out to be a girl and you added the a. I much prefer Francesca. It's just more feminine.

I much prefer the spelling Franca, which I think is just fabulous. It's so pretty and smart, you know? Sounds real sharp to me. :DArray

It's too harsh sounding for me. It isn't terrible though.

It's not horrible, but I'm not a fan.
