I'm not a huge fan of the name, it just seems "snobby" to me for some reason. But it's a nice name, and not overused. I guess I prefer Margo, because Margot just looks off and makes me think of the word 'maggot'. :( Recently I met a family with twins, a boy named David and a girl named Margaux. I find that spelling a little on the elaborate side, but maybe you'll like it. :)

I prefer Margo over Margot, but I prefer Margaux. It's a very nice name, and it is underused.

I love love love the name Margo!!!! I like most spellings but I actually perfer the French spelling Margaux because it just looks so cool! I love the sound of it!! I once met a really cute little girl with blound curls named Margaux (and that's how her parents spelled it).

I think I like Margo, just because as an American, our spellings are complicated enough. If the t isn't pronounced, I say leave it off.I prefer Margaret."No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
