Thanks everyone for your input. My baby's due in 1 1/2 weeks and don't have final names yet.Jaime

Absolutely adore it. It makes my heart jump!

Very sweet, and a little nerdy. (and I mean that in a *good* way)

I much prefer Miles. I don't like the look or the sound of Milo.

I like it.

I really like it. The sound it great, but here in Australia I wouldn't be game enough to use it. We have a malted milk drink here with the same name, so any boy named Milo would certainly get teased at school.

I love Milo~ I was actually going to make a topic about it but decided against it. I don't like the name Miles, I know 5 off the top of my head and I only like one of them. Liv Tyler's son is named Milo and he's adorable.

I think that it's so "cool" that it's actually rather lame. I also have a hard time seeing it as a name, as it's also a brand of chocolate drink.Miles is quite nice though.

I think it's been done. It's a bit passe now.

Love it. It's got an artsy, retro vibe that is fun. It's a classic so it will wear well over time. My favorite combo for it is Milo Jasper, which works the other way around too: Jasper Milo. Now, if you really want to get sophisticated, how about Milos ("MEE-lohs" or "MEE-lohsh")?

Milo is cute. It's not something I would use, but I like it.

I love it! I do worry that its is too insubstantial and childish so I might use it as a nickname for Michael but I am not sure. I really like it though!
