WDYT of Bonney/Bonnie?
Can you think of a name it could be a nickname of.

HmmmI don't like Bonny as a nick name for anything and it's been used as a full name for a few hundred years.Lila is nice but all Sweet Valley High snob to me and I prefer it said lee la.If you were going to use it as a nickname, try any B- name. Bryony has similar sounds.

I hate Bonnie. The only thing I can think of that it could be a nickname for would be Bonita, which is worse.

I know two Bonnie's and they are short for Elizabeth. I'm not sure which one I prefer. Both are nice.

I didn't used to like this name but I love it now because it's my puppy's name (spelt Bonnie). I think it's really sweet and I like how it means beautiful in Scottish.
I do prefer Lila though.

Eh, I've always been on the edge with it. It just sounds so nickname-ish, and not even in a Katie sort of way, more like Lottie. Sounds cute but has no substance. I also tend to think of pastries which just makes it too sweet of a name. I prefer Lila.

I prefer Bonnie to Lila. I've always thought of it as a nn, but I don't know to what. Never really thought about it before...
