Maike/Meike
Last week I met a German girl called Maike. I like the name but I prefer it spelt Meike. What do you think of this name? Is it usable in Britain or would people have too much trouble pronouncing it?Any combo ideas?Thank you.

I think it's really pretty, but I'd spell it Maika/Meika if I were to use it in an Anglo country.
