Dawn
So, after watching Up this weekend with my friend and my boyfriend, I was sitting there and watching the credits for the production babies and there was a baby named Beach and after everyone being "omg what, Beach?!", my boyfriend said that if he had a daughter, he would want to name her Dawn.He said it was partly after his mom, and also partly because "you don't meet many girls named Dawn anymore"(at that point I said "that's because it's sort of dated")
So yes, I know it's dated, but I think it could grow on me. WDYT? Middle name ideas?
--Also, he said that he really didn't care what he'd name a son, and my friend got really excited and my boyfriend was like "What?"And I explained that I wanted to name my son Ashley [and my friend wants to be his godmother]. Boyfriend said that was cool with him. Yay!

I like Dawn. It's a bit dated, but it's always had a good feel to me. I like the sound and meaning, and while it's dated, I don't think of it the same way I think of say, Nancy or Emily.

I used to have a best-friend named Dawn, Dawn-Marie actually, she would be about 20 now. Youngest I know of though. I think that although the name is a bit dated, it's still a nice name. Not one I'd use, but I wouldn't mind seeing it at all.

Dawn is a nice name. Probably not one I'll ever be in love with, but it does occasionally come to mind as a middle name. I would not think anything wrong with meeting a new little Dawn.Dawn Aurelia
