Tiana
I haven't cared much for this name at first. But after seeing The Princess and the Frog, I have started to like the name Tiana. What do you think of the name Tiana? Know any good combos for it?

It looks and sounds silly and incomplete to me; but I don't know from frogs.

I've always found Tiana feels flighty, girly, and princessy. Not the type of girl's name I typically prefer. But it's probably because I've only ever known one and that's the way she was. I prefer it pronounced tee-ANN-uh not tee-AWN-uh, as the second one sounds a little snooty to me.

It's pretty but how are you pronouncing it? :) As different pronunciations go with different middle names.

I sort of like it. I don't like it as much after it became associated with a Disney princess though (I haven't seen the movie, so maybe she's cooler than the average princess and I just assumed she was a too-Disneyish association.) There were a few Tianas who went to my school last year.
Tiana Rain
Tiana Arabella
Tiana Bellamy
Tiana Siobhan
Tiana Molly
Tiana Rose
Tiana Aster

It's grown on me after watching The Princess and the Frog as well! But I don't like it enough to use it; I'm generally not a fan of shortened names. I'm thinking of a fairly modern MN, such as Hayley, Caitlin or Danielle.
