Dorothy
I really like the name Dorothy. It's quite refreshing to hear it at the moment, and I always thought it was pretty. It's a shame that it's not popular anymore. What do you think of Dorothy? Do you think it will make a comeback?

I've always like Dorothy. It has such a charm to it. No clue if it will make a comeback at all, but I wouldn't mind hearing it. I've liked the 3 Dorothy's I've known.

I think it has come back amongst more daring parents, personally. I do prefer Dorothea, but like Dorothy enough to appreciate it immensely should it be used.

Oh, I adore Dorothy! It's one of my favorite names. I hope it doesn't become distressingly popular!

I think Dorothy could make a comeback. I know of a two-year-old Dorothy who is the 9th of 11 children.

While grocery shopping a few months ago I saw a little maybe 4 year old girl being called Dorothy. It sounded so cute, so yes, I do think that it'll make a comeback within the next 10-20 years.

I love the name Dorothy. But then, I also love the name Kathy, putting me clearly in some kind of BtN minority. :)

I can't imagine it making a comeback, but I could certainly enjoy seeing it here and there. I have a very positive association of my childhood schoolbus driver, and so have always loved the nickname Dot.

I love Dorothy and I like the nicknames Dot/Dotty/Dolly for it. I don't know it I want all these old, stale names that I love to make comebacks, since I tend to eschew any kind of popular and trendy name (there are exceptions). However, I wouldn't mind hearing of a kid named Dorothy every now and then. I know of only one child named Dorothy and she's about eight or nine. She is often on the same bus as me with her mother as I ride home.
