Full name for Beth
Please suggestion some full names for Beth. I like Bethan and Bethany but can't see myself using them, same with Bethel and Annabeth, but I love Beth. Maybe Elisabeth but i'm still not sold any other suggestions?

The only other suggestion I can think of is Tabitha.

Macbeth...what, McNames are all the rage. And it's LITERARY. Actually I don't have any ideas for you, everyone else came up with really good suggestions, I think you got just about every Beth option out there!I do like Lilibeth quite a bit, it's so quirky.

It's ugly as a given name though... ESP. on a girl... and it's a very NEGATIVE literary reference... to a murderer... Lilibeth on the other hand is ok.

*like*Macbeth would be kinda cool on a guy. :)

I'd go with Bethan. I also like Bethany, Annabeth, Elisabeth, and Beth as a full name.Elsbeth is another option. Elspeth might work, too.

Mirabeth is lovely. I adore Mira, and I like Beth, so unsurprisingly, this one appeals to me.

Elspeth? Lilibeth? Marybeth? Jobeth?

Hmm. You have the main ones covered, I think. Elizabeth will always be my favorite, followed by Annabeth. I also like Bethan and Bethel, but not enough to use them. Bethany is one I've never liked. The first little girl born to one branch of my family in the U.S. was named Bethwick Adair. I kind of like it, but I don't know if it's usable. There are also other name smushes, like Maribeth/Marybeth. My mother has friend named Ellenbeth (I'm not sure of the spelling--it could be Ellen Beth as a double name). ETA: I just remembered I've heard of people using Beth as a nn for Tabitha.

If you don't like Bethel, then you probably don't like Bethlehem either. But I do. :P What about Bithiah? It's kind of Beth...I dunno, I love Elizabeth. I wouldn't think it horrible to ever meet a just Beth, either. Although I do think it ought to have a full name. Or I like the idea abbasdaughter mentioned of making a double name, like Sarah Beth.

I love Lilibeth! You could call her Beth, but if she decides she doesn't like Beth she could go by Lili.

ooooo Lilibeth is adorable. Though would people automatically name her Lily?
vote up1
Not if she was usually addressed as Beth... and Lilibeth only came out when people who knew her well as Beth had that well established... and if you informed people at the start that her nn was BETH - NOT Lily.

Could go with just Beth or a double name w/ Beth as part of it... Beth is able to stand on its own.
Shauna Beth
Laura Beth
Kelsey Beth
Kailey Beth
Acacia Beth
... etc.
Bethan is perfectly fine though too... as is Elizabeth.

My sister is an Elizabeth, but always called Beth. (Our grandmother sometimes calls her Bethel in a joking/affectionate manner but I had no idea it was a real name!)There are so many variations and related names. What about Elspeth, Elsabeth, Lisbeth or even Marybeth?

I had thought about Elspeth because I love it but then thought no because it doesn't contain the Beth partElsabeth is cute but I still don't feel I love it

I know I've seen Elsbeth before. It's not in the database as a legit variant, thought.

I like Elisabeth best, or how about a variation of Elisabeth like Liesbeth or Lizbeth?

Also I went to college with a girl called Bennath. I don't like it myself but Beth would be a logical nn.
