I like Lea but I'd pronounce it LAY-uh, like Princess Leia! Also, I know some people say "LEE" for Lea. For LEE-uh, would go with the spelling Leah, because there is only one pronounciation of Leah. Lana is OK. I acutually think it's better than Lea/Leah as it's more timeless.

I really like Lea with that pronunciation and spelling. Lea Magali is fantastic and Lea Nerys is actually making me like Nerys, which hasn't happened before :) Lea Veronika is sweet too - in fact they're all quite nice.
Not so keen on Lana (and it's really close to Lara! Won't it confuse the dog? :) but it's okay. Lana Grace and Lana Violet work best for me from the combos.

LOL, yes, it's too close to Lara. Actually, almost all L names have been eliminated form my 'real life list', some due to their similarity to Lara (lie my beloved Larisa) and others because they're just too popular (when I know 10 kids with a name it looses it's luster, like Luka, Lorena, etc.).

I don't love the sound of Lea. Plus this spelling looks incomplete to me. It looks like "tea" with an l. Of your Lea combos, Lea Josephine stands out because I think Josephine is an awesome middle name. Plus Lea Jo would be a cute nickname. Lea Magali stands out because Magali is so unexpected and really livens Lea up. Lea Penelope stands out because of the repeated L, P, and E sounds. It kind of bounces - in a really good way.Lana is nice. I prefer it as a nickname for Alana, but it's nice on it's own as well. Lana Betony really catches my eye - more for the look than the sound. Lana Grace sounds nice, but it's very safe. Lana Violet is really pretty.
