Lison is interesting. I rather like it, sort of a diminutive like Manon or Ninon crossed with Lisette or Lisbeth.

Sofiane is a male name, there is more than one footballer with the name, its popular among french algerians/muslims. Sophiane is another version of the name.

INSEE stats say it's mostly masculine, the Internet seesm to think it's Arabic in origin and means 'devoted', and it'spopular atm because there's an Algerian football player with the name. (Possibly two footballers!)
