TirionTirion is an actual unisex Welsh name that I'm quite fond of, so I suppose Tyrion could also work (especially since it bears visual similarities to the name Tyron). My first exposure to Tirion was as a girl's name, so it'll always be that first to me. But I like it on both genders. Is it pronounced the same way as Tirion?

Game of Thrones/ ASOIAF names...
Most of them are strange takes on already established names. I think they are typically in the realm of normality. Tyrion is one that I think could work on a real person.

it sounds like some new kind of hard-wearing rubberLike for shoes or even tires.

It's prn TEER-ee-un; I would never have thought of tires.

The tires are expensive, but it's an investment, they last well, and good on winter roads.

I didn't realize it was the name of a character from Game of Thrones. That being said, I feel like I'm in the minority. I immediately associated it with Tybalt. Probably just because of the Ty- beginning. I'd use it as a middle name rather than first, but overall, it's NMS.

I think it's usable, despite the character. I like it. I also like Tirion.

Lannister!That is a one person/character name.

Cool name, but too attached to the character to really be usable, imo.
