Warren?
Warren's been on my mind lately, mostly due to positive associations. Thoughts? Opinions? Combos?

Yes! Warren is a good name for a boy.

My DH is Warren so I love the name! I think Warren is a good strong name for a boy that isn't going to sound trendy. Our son is Russell Warren.

Warren Russell sounds nice too :) My little guy goes by Russell. We our not huge on nn & both loved the name Russell for many years before we had him. I love Russell's name because people have heard of it but it is not popular for his age group he is 1.5 years old. I think Warren is the same too a nice strong name people will have heardof but there are not going to be 3 or more in a class room.

Rabbits. And I'd expect Warren to be my parents' age. Idk. I don't hate it, but it just doesn't interest me at all.

I've seen this recently mentioned on Nameberry girl's forum as a potential good name for a girl. It could go that way, there are many parents actively looking for just this sort of "cool" gender bending name.

I really like Warren. I like the rabbit-ness. :) But it just feels very intelligent and sophisticated and suit-wearing, but able to be very down-to-earth too. I'm sure I have some awesome combos with it, but I'm not at home right now!

My uncle and his grandpa/ my great grandpa he's named after are both Warren. (Warren Robert and Warren Elmer) My cousins and I also expect his oldest son to hame his first son Warren (family tradition). It was pretty popular here in my parent's generation. I'm not sure if it will make a comeback now, since it's the names in my grandparent's generation, not parent's generation, that are coming back. I also have positive associations.

I've always liked Warren :)

Yeah! I've always really loved Warren. As someone else mentioned it's a very polished, sophisticated, "tuxedo" type name... a British rogue akin to James Bond. But it also has this warm, syrupy, camp fire, type vibe that I dig as well. It'd probably be near the top of my list (because I also happen to LOVE the idea of Ren as a NN) but I already know my SO dislikes it.... he's said it makes him think of the brother in "Something About Mary," which I don't even see as a negative association but this also came up several years ago so maybe I'll be able to sway him at some point :)I also like Warrick/Warwick though it's not quite as fluid
