I like Jesse, but I can't stand Chloe. I do think they'd work well for a brother and sister, if that's what you're asking.

I certainly like Jesse for a boy. Chloe conjures up an image of the most popular girl in high school who's manipulative and a b*tch to everyone, so that's a no for me.

I like Chloe a lot and always have; I rather resent its rise up the charts. Jesse doesn't happen where I live, and I don't much enjoy the unisex sound of it; the only Jesse I've ever met was an excellent young man out here with the Peace Corps, but not even he can change my mind.

I like both names a lot, especially Jesse.

Jesse is dated and sort of rugged seeming, like Randy and Shane. Unless it's on a girl. I guess you meant it for a boy because you put the text in blue... how clever. On a girl it's too spunky-boy-name-fad, for me, but I think it's fine for other people because of Jessica. Chloe is a nice name - I kind of like the KL initial sound. However I have the impression it has mostly been used by a certain demographic. So it has this sort of bratty image. I don't think that'd matter much in real life. I think Chloe is getting past its prime style-wise, if you're talking about naming a baby today. It has been quite popular. Not that that would matter, either.

Jesse I like, it's friendly and reliable with a dash of fun.
Chloe is totally lame.
