Re: Swedish christening announcements (with middle names)

Some comments:
Alma Irma - ick, what a horrible combo! Makes me wanna call her "Arma Irma" (poor Irma)
Alma Sofia - this is very cute
Amelia Marie - cute
Elida Ingeborg Line - Line Elida Ingeborg would flow better
Ella Vilya Valentina - I like Valentina, but not the rest. Is Vilya from Sagan om Isfolket?
Felicia Linnéa Barbro - uugh, they should have skipped Barbro
Liv Malin Freja - sweet
Maj Frida - also sweet
Melinea Edela - sickly sweet, sounds made up
Saga Vailette Dagny - strange spelling, I've only seen it spelled Vajlet and Vailet
Siri Madelené - uggh, my eyes! That accent means that the name should be pronounced Ma-de-le-NAY instead of Ma-de-LAYN
Thea Marie Sakura - Sakura, interesting. I wonder if she is part Japanese or if the parents simply liked it
Alvin Lukaz - ick to Lukaz. What's wrong with Lukas or Lucas?
Colin Tommie - white trash
Emilio Dion Olof - crazy combo. Emilio and Dion sound like fashion models or gigolos, Olof sounds like a grandfather
Sture Carl-Johan - I hope he won't go by STURE...
Walle Borna - Borna? Never heard before

Borna is from my neck of the woods (quite popular here), so one of his parents is probably from here (or they used it to honor someone who is).

I'm pretty sure there's no Vilya in Sagan om Isfolket.Like I said to Sigrid, I found 87 different spellings of Violet/Vajlet in the Swedish census for 1970 ...The parents didn't have Japanese names, so it seems more likely they just liked Sakura.
