There are 175 Lillevi with an E though (and seven Lillewi). Still not very common, but I think we can at least call it Swedish then, a combination of Lill and the -vi ending, sounds like a typical creation of the mid 1900s.

To me it sounds like a dated nickname to Hillevi. Like "Lilla Hillevi" turned into "Lillivi/Lillevi".
