Eduarda is awesome, isn't it? My boyfriend is Brazilian and I've already mentioned it for a future child but he dismissed it as ugly. Too old fashioned I guess. But that's why I like it, it's kind of sturdy. But maybe it's not such a good idea after all because these girls usually end up called "Duda". Which I actually find ugly.
Lua means Moon in portuguese, it's actually pretty trendy (at least among some people). If it were used as a nickname it would be for Luana, another popular Brazilian name.
Rosecler: no idea! It was probably made up as a variation of Rose/Rosa/Clara etc... I like it too. It gives me some sort of medieval vibe (??). But I'm afraid it would be considered tacky. There was a novela character named Rosecler.
Pérola is the portuguese Pearl.

I've never cared for Luna because it reminds me of the word lunatic. But now I can indulge in Lua! Luana is gorgeous as well and I can definitely see Lua as a nickname for it as well.
