Leah and Liam?
Today at the mall I heard a pair of twins being called Leah and Liam. How horrible is that?

Good names, but way too close in sound. :(

I can think of worse (i.e, Leo and Leona), but Leah and Liam as a sibset is pretty repetitive. Just imagine how it would feel to have Mom or Dad call your name -- except you don't know it's your name until your parent reaches the second syllable. ;-)

I love both names individually, but they do have VERY similar sounds and I feel like their parents would have to over enunciate the 'm' in Liam as to not be misheard. It could be worse though, I guess.

Not too bad, it could be worse. Think it's an okay combo. I like the L sound theme used.

I like each name separately, but not in a sibset, let alone a twin sibset. Too matchy-matchy.

Each name is fine on its own but together they're just too matchy matchy.

Not really but it's not good.

It's bad, but I've seen worse.

Maybe not horrible, but confusing.

The names are fantastic but I honestly wouldn't pair them together. Much too matchy.Leah & Liam wouldn't have been so bad as the middle names however

The parents probably thought it was cute.

I bet the parents regret that one, but are too proud to change the names.
On a brighter note, I met twins Ivy and Vivian yesterday.
