Celebrity BA
Actress Emily Blunt and actor John Krasinski welcomed their second child Violet on the 4th of July. She joins big sister Hazel (born 2014).I like their choices in names, though they're maybe a bit too matchy in themes (vintage, nature and color). Still, Hazel and Violet stand out in a positive way among such celebrity baby names as Pilot Inspektor and Bronx Mowgli...If Blunt and Krasinski will ever have a third child, what do you think they will name them? My guesses are Ruby for a girl and Oliver for a boy.

I think Hazel and Violet are really sweet together, although I'm not crazy about Violet on its own.

They're naming people, not crayons.

My guess for a third girl would be Iris or Rose. For a boy who knows. Parents' tastes can be very different for boys and girls. However if they have a similar style for boys Oliver would be a good guess.

I was so happy when I read this! They started off so nicely with Hazel and I was glad to see they went with another "vintage feel" name. I don't care if they match a little, Hazel and Violet for sisters is just beautiful. I think Ruby, Rose / Rosie, Poppy, Posy, Lily or Lilac would work for a sister and for a boy something cute and hipster, a nn type name maybe, like Alfie, Lenny, Leo, Harry, Sam, Felix, Otis, Jasper, Ned, Milo, Miles, Max, Charlie, Darcy, Archie or Toby.

They're nice but that's about it, neither name excites me.Olive, Fawn, Lavender, Saffron, Coral and Ebony could fit the theme!

Like the names on their own but not as siblings.

I don't like either Violet and Hazel, and they are SO FRIGGIN' BORING when paired together. Ruby sounds about right for a girl. Or possibly Lily.

When this happens I roll my eyes. I'm sorry, it's just TOO cutesy and matchy for me. They are fine names separate, but together it just makes me want to puke a little.

Violet doesn't seem right for 4th of July. They should've gone with Ruby! :)I think Hazel and Violet are nice names but together they are way too sickly sweet. Next kid should be Vanilla.

Oliver would fit right in. I'd not be surprised at Ruby, but also Lily, Iris, Willow or Olive.
Violet and Hazel don't really stand out; Pilot Inspektor and Bronx Mowgli do. Violet and Hazel are very blah among that demographic.

I know a sibset Olive, Violet and Hazel... so I think Oliver or Olive might make sense for the next one. Ruby fits, but not totally imo, I think Indigo or Coral might fit the bill better.
