Samson
Here is a quick and easy post. Thoughts on the name Samson? "Sam\Sammy"

I have second-cousin named this. (Mainly called Sam) Today he turns 2. And since this has to do with names, his mother, my cousin, is named Andrea. (Ann-dray-uh)Do you have a favorite "Sam" name?
My favorite is Sam on its own for a boy. Sam by its self is definitely my personal favoriteOK, that's all (:

Samson is a good strong name and I don't think you can go wrong with it. Personally prefer Samuel but Samson works nicely.

There are so many Sam- names. I think I like Sammax and Samlet but the only one I think I would actually consider using would be Samuel. Samson has a definite Jewish vibe, much like Reuben. They just never really took off amongst Christians. I'm not saying that matters at all, just an observation. Samson is okay but people tend to think of Samson, Delilah, and his infamous hair. I love it on a dog, though.

Yeah his mother (my cousin) I guess is a religious woman. She grew up going to church and reading the bible. Funny enough, one of the reasons for why she choose "Samson" was because of that story. She claims she won't have his hair cut ever but who knows if that would actually hold out.I can see her using another biblical\religious name if she were to have another kid if that does happens. Apparently, she was told that she couldn't have any kids or was recommend not to from doctors due to some medical issue. (Something like that) it's probably a miracle how she even has just that 1 child.

Happy birthday to him!Samson is my favorite Sam name. I'm not a huge fan of Sam on it's own but it's okay.
