It seems one of that words that little children say when they are too young to can speak well..

Oh, don't get me wrong. I love Tallulah. Lately I've just had a propensity to think more about short names.

Lula also seems a pet-name for "libellula" the Italian for "dragonfly". This is a nice link! XD
