Amelie
What are your opinions on the name Amelie. What combos and sibling set names would you use with it ?

I'm personally more fond of Amelia, but Amelie is a cute name. Makes me think of a violin player or a girl in the performing arts or music, heh. I don't really do combos, sorry.

I agree with Ninor and Mirfak. I tried to add possible pronunciations, but there are too many! I would like Amelia if it didn't come with a bad association, though.

I have two Amelies in my class. They are 6/7 years old. One is an only child but the other has an older brother called Isaac. Interestingly, both have double middle names.Personally, I'm not a huge fan. I have a niece who is Amelia but both names are really popular, especially round here.

I like it. For a sibling, something like Jasper or Lilia.

I agree with Ninor. I think it's a lovely looking name ... just not the greatest sounding one.
And I feel it's just too close to Emily to be very interesting.Sisters: Evelyn, Imogen, Esmee
Brothers: Isaac, Ethan, ElliotYou sure do use a lot of posting names on this board. How about sticking to just one?

I like Amelie, but I also think it sounds a bit awkward. I've only known one Amelie, and she has an older sister named Nicole. They also have two half-siblings named Elsa and Lucas.
