Kjartan (m) - k-YARR-tan or almost k-YARSH-tan, apparently based on an old Celtic name
Kristín (f) - KRIS-tin
Pétur (m) - PAY-toor
Valli (m) - nn, not sure for what
Lára (f) - LA-o-ra
Kolbrún (f) - KAWL-brune, "black eyebrows"
Bjorgvin (m) - BYURG-vin, "helping friend"
Diljá (f) - not sure about this, apparently it's a variant of Delia. Spelled like this the pr. should be DIL-yow
Ólafía (f)- not sure about the pr., something like OW-luf-ya, I guess.
Ragnar (m) - RUG-nahr
Björg (f) - byurgDoes the sea exist
