It sounds good but the spelling makes me want to say Kalila, Kaila, Kalia, etc.

I thought it was Kalila at first. I'm not sure how to pronounce it.

I could see Kye-lee-ah, Kay-lee-uh, Kail-ya...

It reminds me of names such as Ashlea (pronounced ash-LEE-ah) or Ashlia, Ashleah etc. I don't really like it, it seems made up and really trendy. I don't think it's horrible either. I'd prefer Kailea, which is a Hawaiian name as far as I know. Or just plain Kay.
