I really like it. I'd probably consider using it as a middle name. Eugenia Winter is an old standby. My only concern is when people pronounce it more like "winner", which I do not like the sound of.
I don't think it's weird for a baby born at a different time of year, but they'd get that question literally all the time.
I don't think I'd like to be named Winter as my first name tbh. But maybe! I could handle more established time-of-year names like Summer or April a lot better.
